A BIT ABOUT US:
The purpose of the Centre for Inclusive Leadership is to elevate the human experience in the workplace. We seek to achieve this through our work as Workplace Inclusion Specialists. We work with our clients to embed inclusion into the culture of their organisations. We support our clients in two interconnected ways: firstly as thinking partners and secondly as their design and delivery partners.

One of the wonderful things that we have seen over the years is that even when clients come to us for purely pragmatic reasons; perhaps they are driven by concern over legislation, optics or have had to deal with some increasingly uncomfortable conversations; as we begin to work together they begin to see that inclusion is not simply ‘doing things right’, it is doing the right thing, and the right thing to do in order to drive profit and performance.
