THE PARANOID:
Your assessment score says that you are what we call a paranoia-driven purchaser. Most employers recognise that there has been a shift in attitudes not simply driven by generations X & Z coming into the workplace but universally there seems to be a new consciousness and that new consciousness is demanding the organisations who wish to sell their goods and services, need to be able to demonstrate that they are in the business of service and good. The ESG (environmental social governance) agenda is here to stay.
The great resignation or perhaps the great reset has given a number of organisations pause to think very carefully about their employees value but it's important for you to understand that diversity it's not inclusion. Many people that are paranoid are simply keen to fix their diversity metrics, but remember diversity metrics may improve cosmetically the way you look but it takes inclusion to fundamentally alter the way that people feel and it is the way that people feel that truly determines whether or not they are a flight risk.
By creating a culture of inclusion you create an environment which people not only want to join and once they join thrive but fundamentally do you create an environment in which people want to stay.
We have identified the following resources for you:
ESG agenda
The great reset
Acuity article
The great resignation
