A fingerprint is unique to every individual, and that at its heart is the essence of diversity.
Part of what makes us unique is that we don’t do one off training, we do inclusion maturity journeys to match your unique fingerprint. We believe that now more than ever, people want to be confident that they are connected in relationships and can participate in groups in ways that give them meaning, security, and positive prospects. In short, they want to feel included. Any business that depends on the discretionary efforts of people needs to excel at managing inclusion.
Although we are a company, we think like a community and our vision, purpose and values are central to everything we do.

Matching our fingerprints:

Our initial meetings are akin to to “chemistry meetings” and are designed to for us to get to know each other to get a feel about if they would be a good fit. The session is designed to ascertain, what support that you need, and crucially, whether we are the right people to provide it?
DISCOVER
"The first rule of leadership is to define reality” nowhere is that more apt than when creating an inclusion maturity journey. Our first task as our client’s thinking partner is to help them to be clear about their organisation’s why? Having established the why, we use our S.T.R.I.D.E. deep-dive process to create the what, how, what if and, by when roadmap. The output is an inclusion road map that we will use as a dynamic guiding document for the implementation programme.

DESIGN
We have a people analytics and data centred approach to creating inclusion maturity journeys. It is one thing to know what to measure, it is another thing to be able to measure it. We use both qualitative data to gain insights but crucially, because inclusion is a feeling, we use a quantitative measurement tool that can measure how people really feel rather than what they feel that they can say, thus eliminating the risk of designing the wrong action plans, and not addressing the actual causes.

DEVELOP
We don’t offer ‘training programmes’ in the traditional sense, our aim is to create psychologically safe and intellectually stimulating learning environments in which we facilitate meaningful conversations exploring, explaining, evaluating, and experimenting with the key concepts that underpin inclusion and inclusive leadership.
We collaborate with you to develop inclusion maturity journeys that are multi-faceted and multi-year. We use metrics and KPI’s to map, measure and monitor progress.

"People often wonder what’s so special about inclusion because they fundamentally misunderstand it. Consequently they don’t realise the positive commercial impact of its presence and the corrosive impact that its opposite (exclusion) has on an organisation."
